I am from Rogue River, Oregon. I raft guide on the Rogue and teach environmental education. Hobbies are whitewater boating, mountain biking, backpacking, botany, geology, books and art. I go by Nature Nicole on field trips. Favorite animal is the rough skinned newt, my favorite tree is the Pacific madrone. I especially like them together, they color match perfectly! I would describe my personal style as "power clashing" and my purpose in life is to be on, in, and for free flowing rivers.
